Halloween Week Recap

Happy Friday!

I hope you had a wonderful Halloween. We had a great day here. The weather was perfect, the kids and I had a great day, we got to spend time with my family... and our little trick-or-treater was ADORABLE! Here is a quick recap of our week.
 1. The kids and I got to enjoy some fresh air. For the most part it was a beautiful week and we took full advantage of that.

 2. Amelia drew this awesome picture for me. I love it so much! Mark and I try to take pictures of all of her art. This is one of my favorites.

 3. We carved pumpkins with my family. Amelia really wanted a kitty pumpkin so my little sister Grace carved this for her. She did a great job considering she didn't use a print out... just freehand.

4. Yesterday I made a bunch of Halloween themed treats. Spider and pumpkin deviled eggs, pineapple, orange and whipped cream candy corn bowls and pumpkin frosted chocolate cupcakes. We enjoyed the eggs at home, the kids loved the fruit and the cupcakes went to my sister's for an after dinner treat.

5. And my favorite part of the week... seeing Amelia dressed up as Scarlett O'Hara.

And my mom... the incredibly talented lady who made her costume!

    1. Thank you for stopping by and following along :) My sister did a great job on the pumpkin! I was impressed since she claims to not be 'crafty' and 'creative'.
