Last night we went to the Oktoberfest in Mount Angel, Oregon with my sister Grace and her fiance Chris. If you haven't been, I really recommend it. Mount Angel is such a cute little town and the festival is so much fun. Vendors, musicians and wine/beer gardens fill the streets... and it is all such a blast.

Since we had Amelia with us we weren't able to go in the gardens this year, but we wandered for a few hours and ate some delicious food.

So I tried deep fried Oreos for the first time... and they were pretty darn good.

We also had Spatzle, Corn dogs and Fondue. It was nice to share stuff so we could try more things. A yummy dinner for sure!

So... it was the perfect start to our weekend. Now on to getting things done! I have a list of chores a mile long, on top of a few sewing projects, grocery shopping, meal planning, organizing my life and doing some fun family things.
