Kale Chips

Olive Oil

1. remove all leaves from the stem and wash well. I use my salad spinner so that most of the water is removed.

2. Place kale on a cookie sheet, drizzle with olive oil and a dash of salt.

3. Put the Kale in the oven under the broiler on 'Lo'. They won't take too long to brown (just a couple of minutes), so make sure you watch them.

These little chips are great to make when you have a salty craving.
